Always reliable, great smoked fish
I've ordered from Fiedlers Fischmarkt several times now, mostly for their smoked fish. This last order, I got Stremellachs and some Räucheraal. Just like every other time, the quality was top-notch. It arrived well-packed and perfectly chilled. Their consistency is really why I keep coming back; I know what to expect. The delivery took about 4 days to get to me in Florida, which is pretty good for fresh seafood from Germany.
Solid quality, minor shipping issue
I recently bought some Kabeljau fillets and a few tubs of Heringssalat. The fish itself was excellent, very fresh and cooked up nicely. The Heringssalat was also quite good, a nice authentic flavor. My only minor complaint was that one of the Heringssalat tubs had a slight crack in the lid when it arrived, leading to a tiny bit of leakage. Nothing major, and the product was still fine, but it could be improved with slightly more robust lids or additional padding for the smaller items. Shipping was otherwise fast enough, got here in about 6 days.
Absolutely amazing Lachsforelle!
Oh my goodness, I just received my order from Fiedlers Fischmarkt and the Lachsforelle was out of this world! The flavor, the texture – everything was just perfect. I'm so glad I decided to try them out. It was packed so carefully, and everything arrived super cold and fresh, even though it traveled all the way across the country! I will absolutely be shopping here again for all my seafood needs. Everyone needs to try their smoked fish, it's just incredible!
